Apple Grape Smoothie

Smoothies are fulfilling drinks and you can make them healthy by using the right healthy ingredients.

When you are busy and haven’t prepared any food , the best thing is to make a refreshing smoothie which energizes you for your busy day.

This is an easy recipe very quick to make and tasty at the same time.

Ingredients :

  • 1 whole apple 🍎

  • 1 cup red grapes 🍇 (seedless)

  • 5 - 4 tbsp greek yogurt

  • 1 ½ tbsp honey 🍯

Method :

  • Cut the apple to smaller pieces and add the pieces into blender.

  • Add red grapes , yogurt and honey into blender and blend well. (I used a bit more red grapes to get the pinkish color – and I personally love seedless grapes)

  • Pour your smoothie into your serving glass.

Enjoy this healthy pink smoothie to start your day.
