Apple Mango Shake (Healthy version)

Simply shake, is a drink that is usually made by blending milk, ice cream, and flavorings or sweeteners such as butterscotch, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup, fruit syrup, or whole fruit into a thick, sweet, cold mixture.
Apples š contain many essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals and are free of fat, sodium, and cholesterol. Mangoes š„ are not only delicious, but also nutritious. So combination of both is just yummy š!!
No snack or hot beverages - this shake is all you need to fulfill your hunger.

Ingredients
1 apple (sliced) š
1 mango (sliced) š„
1 tbsp honey šÆ
1 cup milk (you can use almond milk etc.)
Method
Add all the fruit slices šš„, honey and milk to the blender and blend it well.
You may also add a bit of cinnamon (1tsp), if you want .
Pour the shake to a serving mug and add a scoop of ice cream on top (avoid the ice cream if you want a complete healthier shake). You can make homemade ice cream (click here for ice cream recipe) instead of store bought ice cream.
