Homemade Ice Cream

I scream , you scream we all scream for " ICE CREAM " šŸØ !!

Ice Cream – the only frozen dessert that no one can say no to šŸ˜‹. Ice cream is made up of dairy milk and sugar and with optional alternatives such as cocoa, fruit flavor or nuts. There are numerous varieties of ice cream flavors available namely vanilla, chocolate, coffee, mango, strawberry, pistachio and so on.

But what if your out of ice cream at home, then do make one . The ice cream šŸØ recipe here is mango flavored, but you can replace it with the fruit of your choice .For example, for vanilla flavor you can add vanilla essence instead of mango pulp and so on.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream

  • 1 tin condensed milk

  • Mango pulp (3 - 4 mangoes) 🄭

Method

  • Blend the mangoes 🄭 into a blender to obtain the thick mango pulp.

  • In a separate bowl, add whipping cream and beat it well using a whisker or machine till you get stiff peaks.

  • Now add the condensed milk into the whipped cream and fold it well . (Do not whisk it just fold it)

  • Add the thick mango pulp 🄭 into the bowl containing the whipping cream and condensed milk and mix it.

  • Transfer the contents into your ice cream storage container and keep it in the freezer overnight to get your ice cold homemade ice cream

Enjoy your homemade ice creamšŸØ with fruits and nuts.
